These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YellowPink platform operated by YellowPink LLC.

1. Service Description

YellowPink is a software-as-a-service platform that helps independent beauty salons manage appointments, staff, payments, and customer communications. Consumers may use YellowPink to book appointments with participating salons.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

4. Payment

Payments for appointments and platform fees are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe). Refunds are governed by each salon’s policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its content (excluding user-provided content) are the property of YellowPink LLC and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. YellowPink LLC is not responsible for the conduct of independent salons using the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YellowPink LLC’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months for the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which YellowPink LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
